PS

So sorry I failed to update you on those abnormal scans.  They’re still inconclusive, but sounds like it is bone erosion – aka necrosis – a decaying of the bone.  Sounds scary, but it’s a slow process and it may never be a problem.  If it is, it will probably be years down the road.  Worst case would be some type of reconstructive oral surgery.  (Yet keep in mind I downplay everything!)  It’s taken a while for all the NIH teams to come to a consensus on what the best way forward is, but it looks like the best move is no move for now.  “Watch and wait” as they say.  If there is any official change in this news, I’ll for sure let you know.  Meantime, check back in a few weeks!
